| Dado que el curso para los niños nos parece mas interesante y divertido para ellos si podemos incluir el trabajo de las armas, ha sido creada una arma parecida al boken del aïkiken. As we wanted to include in our classes for children the practice of the work with the bokken, we realised an inflatable one, safe and adapted to the children. Comme nous avions envie d'inclure dans nos classes pour enfants le travail du bokken, nous avons mis au point un bokken gonflable, sécurisé et adapté à l'enfant.

Así se pueden estudiar los movimientos, las posiciones, el "timing" del aprendizage del boken y, también, los ejercicios de respiración. This way, we can include the notions of movements, positions, timing and breathing coming from the work with bokken. De cette manière, nous pouvons aborder les notions de déplacements, de positionnement, de timing et de respiration liées au travail du bokken. |
